Return Policy - If it is necessary to return an item, call us for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number.  This number must appear on the outside of all boxes to assure proper handling.  All returns mus be prepaid.  We do not accept C.O.D.'s.  All returns must be in the same condition as they were when shipped to you and returned within 30 days of original shipping date.  Any part that has been installed, scratched, or marred in any way in not returnable.  It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the parts are not damaged in transit back to us.  Any part returned to us in other than new condition will be returned to the customer.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.  No returns on electrical parts or special orders.  You must include a copy of the original invoice and an explanation of why the parts are being returned.  Shipping charges are not refundable except when due to an error on our part.

***Please note - We will give you credit for items, with or without the restocking fee, in most cases in the form of a credit on account.  This credit can be used on any future order.  This process speeds up the time getting you the credit available.  This also keeps us from having to adopt a new return policy for credit card purchases.  We certainly appreciate your business, and this will allow our company to continue doing business in a profitable manner, and also allow you the customer this credit more efficiently.  Credits will stay on account until they are used up, with no time limit.***

Shipping - Any shipping costs quoted on the order is just an estimate.  We try to keep our site as update as possible, but with the changing cost of fuel and freight charges we can only give you an estimate.  We do not upcharge on freight, you are billed for whatever the charge is from the freight delivery company and then the $1.50 handling fee.
